All aspects of the tour can be tailored to your specific branding needs. Branding is showcased on the top left corner and at the nadir of each hotspot as standard.

We also offer a complete white label solution, which means the tours are hosted on your own domain.

Immersive, Interactive Elements

Interactive content can be embedded all throughout the property. All elements are optional and you can decide what you want to include. This is a great way to showcase the features in your property listing such as additional storage, premium kitchen appliances, or even the 40mm marble bench top.

We can link almost all multimedia that you can think of. A popular request is a contact card & information of a sales executive or a link to a catalogue of other available listings from your agency, keeping customers engaged to your brand.

 

The numbers

We analysed user behaviour 7 days after a virtual tour was implemented onto a listing.

With no additional marketing or indication that a virtual tour was added, we made an impression on 112 unique visitors, driving 202 sessions for an average of 1.8 sessions per user. This translated into 692 page views, averaging 3.43 pages per session, with the average session being 2 minutes and 10 seconds.

What this means is that users are more engaged and find the content appealing enough to return and explore further.

Following the addition of a virtual tour, our agency partner reported that enquiries went up 49% from the previous week.
